Walked in at 10:20 on a Tuesday. The ACSG 100% gluten free sticker for 2026 is right on the door, next to the sinGLU10 one — I photographed both. Whole counter is gluten free, so no questions needed, no explaining, no risk assessment. I just pointed and ate. That feeling is the whole reason this site exists.
