verified on-siteis dedicated gf: true — A 100% gluten free tapas bar on Plaza de la Cebada, in the middle of La Latina — the Madrid neighbourhood built entirely around going out for tapas, and the one a celiac normally has to watch from the outside. Patatas bravas, croquetas and the rest of the board, all safe, with the association's endorsement behind it. The celiandgo founder has eaten here twice and rates the food highly — not 'good for gluten free', just good. Ate: Patatas bravas, croquetas — the whole board

I have been twice and everything was delicious. What makes it special is where it is: La Latina is the tapas neighbourhood of Madrid, the one you learn to walk through without stopping once you are diagnosed. Here you sit down on Plaza de la Cebada and order the entire table — bravas, croquetas, everything — without asking a single question. That is a rare feeling in a tapas bar.
