Lots of gluten free flavours. What made it for me: the person scooping put a wafer on top out of habit, and the colleague who had taken my order told him immediately that it was a gluten free order — they redid it without me having to say anything. That is what a real protocol looks like, and it is rarer than any certificate. Ask for a tub: the cones are not gluten free.
