Ate: Packaged gluten free bread and pastries
A normal Polish bakery — but the gluten free part is done the way you want to see it: the top shelf, above everything else so nothing falls onto it, with green labels carrying the crossed grain symbol. Packaged, so no tongs shared with the wheat bread. It opens at 07:00, which in central Warsaw makes it the earliest safe breakfast there is. One caveat: it is a chain and not every branch has the section, so look up at the top shelf before you queue.
