Everything went well. What I like about Saona is that they publish a dated chart of which dishes are suitable for celiacs on their own website, so you can decide what to order before you even get there — no standing at the counter while someone checks with the kitchen. It is a normal kitchen, so say you are celiac, but they are used to it.
